The cilantro and avocado add a fresh touch while the watermelon radish balances out the dish by giving it some crunch. Furthermore, our tasty low-fat yogurt dressing is a great, healthy alternative to cheese. It gives the dish a ton of flavor without piling on the calories.     Serving Size: 4 Tacos


    8 oz of Chicken Breast
    2 Avocados
    2 Watermelon Radishes
    1 Handful of Cilantro 4 Corn Or Wheat Tortillas

    Low-Fat Greek Yogurt Dressing

    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice from one lemon 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon minced garlic, from about 2 cloves 1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon dried dill

    How To Prepare

    Low-Fat Greek Yogurt Dressing

    1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk.
    2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.


    1. Boil the chicken for 10-15 minutes or until all the pink is gone. Cut the chicken into cubes.
    2. Slice the watermelon radishes and avocados.
    3. Lay the tacos flat. Add the chicken cubes, watermelon radishes, and avocado. Drizzle the tacos with the greek yogurt dressing.
