Hydrolized Collagen Peptides Type I & III- Collagen is one of the most important proteins in the body. It is responsible for 25% to 35% of the body’s total protein content. As the body gets older and slows down collagen production, causing wrinkles. Collagen in oral form is a great way to make up for the loss. Studies show the short and long-term use of oral collagen increases skin elasticity, firmness hydration, and dermal collagen density (1) (2). To get these great benefits, however, the collagen you put into your body must be hydrolyzed. This process allows the body to effectively utilize the collagen it’s getting (3).
Vitamin A- Vitamin A is crucial for hair growth. It supports the production of sebum, an oily substance produced by the sebaceous glands. Sebum keeps the scalp moisturized and protected, giving our hair a healthy environment to grow (4).

Another study showed MSM significantly improved redness, itching, inflammation, hydration, and skin color in people with rosacea after only 1 month (13).
Rutin- Rutin is a powerful bioflavonoid found in plants and citrus fruits. It is known to have strong antioxidant properties. Rutin is what gives fruits their colorful pigment. In a double-blind clinical study, it was found that Rutin increased skin elasticity and decreased length, area, and number of wrinkles (14).
Chondroitin Sulfate- Chondroitin Sulfate is known to increase skin strength, elasticity, and resilience. It has the ability to make skin stronger by reinforcing its intercellular matrix. It also moisturizes, heals, and soothes skin with its anti-inflammatory properties (15).
Zinc- Zinc supports the repair and growth of hair tissue. It also keeps the hair follicles and oil glands healthy. Studies show zinc in supplement form improves hair growth in those with a zinc deficiency (16).
